Dear Resident
Good Evening to you all from the Four Oaks Neighbourhood Team,
On this set of shifts your neighbourhood team have been busy in your community carrying out the following tasks There have been 2 reports of stolen vehicle in the past week, one from Badgers Bank Road and one from Clarence Road, this vehicle was a keyless entry. If you do own a keyless entry vehicle please make sure that your keys are kept in a faraday pouch, when at home or out and about, this will stop thieves getting the signal for your vehicle. Using a steering wheel lock is also a visual deterrent. For more crime prevention advice go to www.westmidlands.police.uk/cp/crime-prevention/ The nights are getting darker, so please remember to lock all windows and doors before heading out and make sure your home looks like someone is in.
PCSO has attended The Cosy Coffee Shop and Four Oaks Baptist Church to carry out Police Surgeries giving crime prevention advice and talking to local residents about issues in the area.
A Community Speed Watch was carried out on Jordan Road, after concerns were raised by residents.
A Street Watch patrol was carried out in Sutton Park.
General patrols were carried out in retail areas to deter shop theft.
We are looking for more volunteers for Street Watch and Speed Watch in your local neighbourhood, if you would like more information, please contact the team on the email address below. suttonfouroaks@westmidlands.police.uk Have a safe week. Kind Regards PCSO Gill Whittingham | ||
